With a passion for creating as many opportunities as possible for all, Soudie Tahmassebipour is an Iranian-American attorney and certified diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging expert committed to lifting up the voices of those who have been historically marginalized. Soudie is also the founder and Executive Director of the Wachusett Area Social Justice Alliance and has presented at trainings and events all over New England and abroad. 

Prior to becoming a consultant, she worked as a public defender, has supervised hundreds of attorneys, and dedicated her career to empowering and advocating for individuals who have been historically marginalized by the system. Soudie is inspired by her own personal experiences and the stories of others who have been lucky enough to defy the odds and thrive in our oft unjust society.
